TrackDividend is a dividend tracking and planning tool provided for informational and planning purposes only. It is not financial advice, not investment advice, not tax advice, not legal advice, and not brokerage advice. TrackDividend is not a broker, not an exchange, not a tax adviser, not a legal adviser, and not an investment adviser. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, hold, sell, or avoid any security.

Data may be inaccurate or delayed

Dividend data, dividend predictions, confidence indicators, projections, exchange rates, and Freedom Number calculations may be incomplete, stale, inaccurate, or based on assumptions. Automated and manual data sources can fail or lag. Past dividends do not guarantee future dividends. Any projection (including your Freedom Number timeline) is an estimate based on the inputs and assumptions you provide, not a promise of future results.

Your responsibility to verify independently

You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should verify all data independently with official exchange, company, or broker sources before acting. Always confirm dividend amounts, ex-dates, pay-dates, and tax treatment with your broker on the actual payment date. TrackDividend is not responsible for decisions you make based on information shown in the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse TrackDividend. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Scraping, crawling, or bulk-exporting data from the service beyond the export features explicitly provided to you.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or internal APIs.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' data, admin controls, or backend systems.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, admin controls, authentication, or other security measures.
• Interfering with the service, uploading malicious input, or automating requests in a way that degrades service for others.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be of legal age to use the service and to enter into these terms.

Service changes and availability

TrackDividend is an MVP/beta product. We may change, limit, or discontinue features, data sources, or the service itself as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackDividend and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including any losses resulting from decisions you make based on information shown in the app. Because the service is an informational MVP tool provided without charge during MVP/beta, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This limitation is appropriate for an informational tool and is not intended to override any rights you may have that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
